Aircraft

Our aircraft is a 1992 American Champion Super Decathlon. It is powered by a 180hp Lycoming with a constant speed prop and capable of +6/-5 G’s and a whole lot of fun!

The seats are in tandem so you are always on the centerline of the airplane.

The Decathlon is known as one of the best aircraft for tailwheel and aerobatic training. It is easy to fly and it's aerobatic capabilities are good enough for it to serve not only as a trainer but also as an advanced aerobatic performer. Many air show pilots, including Patty Wagstaff, have flown Decathlons for their performances.
